Shipping, Returns & Warranty
You may return new, unopened, stock items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom items cannot be returned.
All returns must be in their original cartons in re-sale condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking or re-packing fee on all returns. If the return is a result of the customer not wanting the item, then the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship to the USA, only. Orders are shipped, the same day, via UPS ground. If a change of address or cancellation is made after the order ships, a $17.90 per package re-route fee will be charged. Shipping fee's apply to any orders that have shipped and are cancelled. Please inspect your order when it arrives for accuracy and damage. Claims made more than 10 business days after delivery cannot be processed.
Our products are warrantied against material or workmanship defects for 9 months, when used under normal conditions and as intended.
Flags and Banners and any items used outdoors, are warrantied against defects for 90 days under normal conditions. When used in strong winds, inclement weather, or proximity to salt water, the Warranty does not apply. Normal wear and tear, (color fading, light fraying) is not covered by the Warranty.
