Setting up your Rectangle Flag is a breeze and will only take a few minutes.

Unpack the poles and assemble the flagpole by connecting the separate pole pieces. Begin by joining the upright poles from largest to smallest, inserting one end into the other and pushing them together. Then, attach the horizontal pole (with the right angle bend) to the top of the upright pole.

Once the pole is assembled, it's time to attach the Rectangle Flag. Insert the end of the horizontal pole into the bottom rod pocket of the banner. Pull the banner along the horizontal pole, around the right angle bend, and down the length of the upright pole until it's fully extended.

Attach/Tie the fabric laces sewn into the bottom of your flag to the hook on the bottom pole.

Cut or wrap laces so it does not get caught in the spinning base.

Place the flag base in the correct position and insert the bottom of the pole into the spindle on the base.
Your Rectangle Flag is now set up and ready to use!
What does MTO mean?
The product is Made to Order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production.
What is the difference between Single and Double Sided Flags?
The double-sided flags are made by printing two pieces of fabric and sewing them together with a blackout layer in the middle. This ensures that the design won’t shine through to the other side. This also gives the option of using two completely different artworks on each side.
The single-sided flags are printed on a single piece of fabric- just one flag. You will be able to see the design from the other side, it will appear reversed and lighter since it is showing through from the front side. (Think about writing on a piece of paper with a Sharpie and how it looks on the other side).

What material are your flags?
Our flags are a high-quality UV protected polyester blend with durable double stitch sewing. This material is UV-resistant and rated for wind speeds up to 25 mph. The material is also weather-resistant, but we recommend not displaying our flags outdoors on high wind or snowy days to extend their lifespan. All flags are sewn with a double lockstitch sewing.
How Long do flags last?
The lifespan can vary greatly depending on various weather factors, many of which vary by region like Sun/UV intensity, snow, or high rates of winds. We use a high-quality UV protected polyester blend and durable double stitch sewing to minimize the impact of these unavoidable environmental factors, and to maximize the lifespan of your flag. Because of this, flags are warrantied for 90 days.
Maintenance Info:
We suggest bringing flags inside during inclement weather, at night, or if it gets super windy. Make sure to store away properly when not in use. Flags should be brought in during high winds and storms and are rated for wind speeds up to 25 mph.
Pole Information:
Our flags are meant to be flown with our Pole Kit – SKU: POLERF10
The pole set is made from a combination of lightweight aluminum and fiberglass poles for durability. Using the ground stake, the flag can be placed in grass or soil. We also offer an additional base option that allows the flag to be displayed indoors or on hard surfaces as well.
What is the Tie-Down Clip on the pole used for?
The tie-down clip is a little clip that works on the bottom of the pole. It secures the string at the bottom of the flag to the pole. This helps retain the flags shape to stay open.
